So i think there was a rule when "If you put your hands down whilst being cuffed and then proceeding to kill the "cuffer"." And it keeps pissing me off when players do that so can we please +1 this.

I support this, as it can be rather ridiculous when it is impossible to arrest people due to them glitching out of the cuffs while they are being placed. It is also basically failrp since you shouldn't be able to just twist out mid cuffing... when your hands are up.. they are UP!

The cuffs flipping in the animation is the realistic equivalent of actively putting cuffs on someone. It doesn't make sense for someone to be able to escape and resist if they have already been restrained.

Yeah if you surrender you shouldn’t be allowed to run away or hglitch out of cuffs. If you’re hands are up you’ve give yourself up in real life.
