pls add notifications for rule changes

so yesterday i got a ban for kos cause a guy destroyed my car.
i shot him cause of this previously this wasnt kos.
now i checked again and it is i didnt get any notifaction about this.
maybe add notifications trough email that are optional?

This rule was added ages ago. If you are a returning player you should re read the rules to see if there are any changes

At least 3+ months ago
If I am elected mayor, I plan to no change but rewrite the rules in a more understandable way. I also plan to make plenty of suggestions too!
