Pensions for mayors and ex mods/admins

The following ranks should deserve a pension ice they have resigned due to outstanding work for the community: mayors
All moderators
Generous grants would be given to these people depending on how much hours and time they spent serving the people and the community needs. The pension scheme would consist of a generous amount of bamboo payed out by /apay.
This is also similar to real life so it will make pandahut more rp as after long work in real life you receive a comfortable pension..

-1 as you can become many roles in Pandahut and never have to retire, get an education, pay taxes, pay for insurance , and plenty of other nuisances like you do in real life.

I feel that this is a foolish idea, and that you are primarily introducing it for your own interests.
You, as an ex-mayor, would benefit.
Not all mayors have done "outstanding work". The mayor role can be obtained by anyone popular enough. This does not necessarily mean they do or did anything meaningful.
Ex-staff, I feel, could do with a nice little badge roll (for good-terms resignations, not ones that where demoted, like me), but I do not feel they should receive bamboo. PHRP already has too much bamboo going around as it is.

Thats literally all you can say. Just because you where a shitty, inactive 4 term mayor doesnt mean you think your better than everyone.
