currently, the rule is that you can only kill a cop during a kill warrant in the case of self defense. this is unfair.

I think instead of this, kill warrants should wear off like hits. Kill warrants should last 24 hours instead of perm. I got killed by Ethom for having one 2 days after he gave me one. I think thats a bit extreme, as someone can get a kill warrant, go offline for 3 months, come back and be killed for it because it never wears off.
