Okay lets assume that you can use /gadd and /gtake anywhere in the map. Now your about to steal a vehicle that you see parked in the road. After you unlock it with a steely and /gadd the owner will kill you if hes near. If the owner is not near and you /gadd then you would've gotten the vehicle anyway because the owner couldn't do anything about it. So how can /gadd be abused?

It is not a matter of abuse. It's a the fact that it's Roleplay server and just like vaults, you can't have a virtual garage at your disposal anywhere on the map.
