The Kit Food time should be Decreased to 20mins. The amount if time it takes you to get the kit is Ridicules and alot of people die to hunger and water due to them not having there kit ready.

20 min kit food = less chefs = less point for chefs
you can buy water, you just need food

And of course you could just loot a random building and find some cheese or something. Or buy another players kit food.
