11. Players that have an outstanding kill warrant on them can be KoS'ed by any member of law enforcement at any time.
12. Players that have an outstanding kill warrant on them may not KoS law enforcement authorities.

As i've been playing, it has been extremely rare to see a warrant placed, as it's usually called for after multiple players die during a rob/raid/kidnap, or even for mass amounts of unpaid tickets. Now to get to the point. I feel as though the player that has a warrant placed on them, should be able to kill police once they have a warrant placed. If an Officer is killed, the warrant is removed, much like a hit, without the money.

That would be straight up stupid. In real life, if you kill a cop the warrant doesn't go away, if anything it gets increased (which is what i do). A cop could be in an arrest, but then someone with a warrant just comes and kills him. It wouldn't be fun for officers obviously. The person with the warrant gets the option to either surrender or be hunted down. They pick, not us.

I agree with this. These aren't hits. It's technically not KOS because you do have to give the player a chance to surrender. Doing this would turn it into a bounty, instead of a possible arrest. And if there's a random cop, who is only armed with the kopis (give us back the cobra NOW), they aren't going to stand any chance against your average bandit who has a kill warrant on them.
