No More Terrible Cops!

As a captain, I've seen it far to much, and i think everyone has as well. I'm suggesting, like most of the other roleplay servers out there, you have to apply to be a regular rcmp instead of just doing /role rcmp after playing for 2 hours. Just because you play pandahut for 2 hours, doesn't mean you know how to be a cop. Even players that play for 50 hours don't know how to be a cop. They arrest or ticket for reasons that are beyond insane. For example just a couple days ago(which shows how frequently this happens) a cop was ticketing people $500 per unlicensed weapon. I've seen cops arrest people for being bandits, cops have kos'd people just because they were carrying guns, they don't know any of the commands. Any way my point is there are many bad cops out there, and there will just be more, who got no clue what they're doing. So what i suggest is you must apply to be a regular rcmp instead of just doing /role rcmp after 2 hours. You would have to go to the forums and apply under police applications. Instead of there only being a chief, deputy, or captain option, there will now be a RCMP option. Captains or higher ups will have to accept this application. You must not be known for illegal activity, be active, have at LEAST 10 hours on pandahut roleplay (either server, 10 or 13) Then once you make an application, everyone will be able to put their input into it, and you will need 10 YES's to be accepted or 5 NO's to be declined (this can change). Once you're accepted, in order to receive your RCMP rank, you MUST be trained by a higher up, such as a chief, deputy, or captain. This will also give higher ups something else to do besides just sit around and arrest people. I think this will stop horrible cops from doing a terrible job, ruining peoples days, and FailRP'ing. This is an idea i've had for a while, let me know what you think. No hate <3 Thanks for reading!

No one would do this as it would be too much hassle. A lot of RCMP become it then change anyway as they are bored. Making them apply every time is just ridiculous.

Lets be realistic, mabye only a 1/3 of the players use the forums and the majority of people who want to be police won’t go though all of thaf causing a huge shortage of police. There are still plenty of great officers and doesn’t really need change.

New players would join, realise they can't play as police without the hassle of signing up and making an application, and most likely leave to play on some other roleplay server.

It's not much of a hassle, filling out the application will take no more than 5-10 minutes.

Would you rather have 50 terrible cops who got no clue what they're doing, or 25 amazing cops who are well trained and know everything there is to know?
