Problems with road conditions.

I just wanted to let the mayor and staff know that the road quality in high pop areas are atrocious, I cannot drive in a straight line without hitting into clutter all over the road! Maybe add a role of a councilman that cleans up the roads as for paying them I am unsure what method you could use.
Ideas anyone?

Police Officers and Staff Members MUST give warnings in World Chat before destroying vehicles!
Taken from RP rules.
Basically, get the police to regularly clear roads.

Also I am talking about like tank traps, sandbags and whatnot, not just cars that’s all!

Literally any raiding gun can do that. I'm pretty sure you can be any role to do it (I'm not responsible for any bans), as long as it's an obstructing object such as a tanktrap.
On the topic of road conditions, the new bridge/road to the island (forgot the name) is abysmal. The smooth tool in the map editor exists for a reason.
