Switch rules about arresting-running

If I arrest somebody and warn them not to run, I should be allowed to gun them down if they run after the first warning. Otherwise they can just get in a racecar and speed away in 30 secs, and arresting becomes pointless. Same goes for robbing, and this is a genuine issue that needs to be fixed, because I can just abuse this hard and never die, reducing one critical part of RP, the Police vs. Criminals aspect

What If they have an apc and i don't have a high cal? Regular police kits don't give high cal weapons that could destroy those vehicles fast enough
EDIT: Or if they just run into a base and hide

What about the base situation? Or if they get away in an apc, if you blow it up and they die before 3 warnings are up, kos

Aight, at this point if you don't mind, can I make a suggestion to remove the command ./arrest? at this point not necessary anymore
EDIT: Also, Bandits don't get ./ticket :/

Ppl can run 30 Seconds without getting shoot.
The thing is its hard to follow the Runner and also Warn him in Chat if u dont have Mic's.
In my opinion you should be allowed to shoot anyone if he runs 20m Away from you.

20m because then it wouldnt come to situations where u walk a bit and instant get killed because u exit the "Arrest-Zone".
You rly wanted to run if u walk 20m away.
