Ok as it stands now, many crime syndicates are using bodyguards way too much. That is fine however for some reason, people can guard more than one person. In my opinion this makes no sense. In real life a body guard may guard one person but now it's way too op. A bodyguard could be everyone in the server's bodyguard and as soon as any form of conflict erupts, kill everyone.

Don’t remove Bodyguard, just add a rule that says they can only guard 1 person at a time.

I disagree. for three reasons
One: In my entire time on Pandahut RP I've seen a total of no more than 8 Bodyguards.
Two: Bodyguard and his client are two people. In a robbery, one would die. an arrest? they can't shoot until their client is shot at. Most other evils they're just another role. They can only defend their client after they're shot. Don't want to die and lose everything? Comply and lose little.
Three: You can do /news and see who is being guarded and can avoid those people.

My suggestion would be is limit it to only people who are in a group with you. As I see it that's a gray area rule because if you guard 2 people and they go at each other the Bodyguard can't attack either because he's protecting both, I believe he'd have to pay them back.

this would make it actually very hard for crime groups, as each member would need to have their own bodyguard. I say put a limit (not one) on how many clients one bodyguard can have
