Farmers and Druglords

Druglords being able to sell refined berries while Farmers can't is blatant pay to win. Farmers should be able to sell refined berries at a lower price, but still be able to sell them.

Wouldn't work from a plugin standpoint, would necessitate an entire new command just to allow farmers to circumvent actual player interaction where they sell to others.
