A 5-minute cooldown for a teleport is just obnoxious. You tp to someone who doesn't have something you need and you need to tp to someone else or your friend after buying something, but you have to wait 5 minutes. It is outrageous and I believe it should be lowered to 60 seconds

100% +1, when I try to tpa to a friend and I accidently type the wrong name is the worst thing ever.

We're not lowering the TPA cooldown if anything we should make it higher.
This would remove purpose for the mechanic to buy a vehicle for a player, this would break the uber role even more.

From my opinion the Uber role is useless I rarely even see people with the role of Uber drivers
