Rather than perma banning fro racism why not do a 30 day ban?

1st time = warning

2nd time = 30 day

3rd time = Perm

I feel it gives players enough time to reflect on their actions whilst not being too severe but severe enough.

we are already doing this. bans for racism are being greatly reduced.
We no longer perma ban them unless they are a repeat offender.

We've already stopped perma-banning for racism a long time ago. We give them a warning first, then a ban ranging from 1-5 days depending on who it is, if its an old player using racial slurs + disrespecting, a perma-ban may be given to the person.

I’ve seen old players be racist/disrespectful and they normally need time to calm down and not a permanent ban (just my opinion)
