Basicly:
Remove normal officers command to remove tickets.

Why?
People change their role to remove their own tickets, or corrupt cops delete all tickets. This ruin so much roleplay, cause everyone can be an RCMP/Normal officer.
Only chiefs and higher should be able to remove tickets.

Not that I'm saying that BS should happen like this, but I feel that we should try to deal with the problem, not the symptoms - if players are consistently failRPing using a command that has a legitimate use, fix the players, not the command.

Spread awareness that this isn't okay, and slowly ramp up bans until people get the message.

If you're really desperate, give officers a 15 minute cooldown on /removeticket, and add /clearticket that they can only use on players that are /jailed

Maybe not allow them to remove their own tickets, or if a police DOES remove a ticket, it would shot in some log or something so we can track the corrupt officer and hopefully ban for FailRP, or demote, whichever, because in my opinion we still need people to remove the tickets off people who were arrested or punished for unpaidtickets, If both of my suggestion fail or wont work, then I would highly give klock's suggestion a +1 and a half

Don't wanna wait for police chief or higher to come on and remove my ticket of "public discharge" and have to pay 1k for it

We cannot do this, if they are clearing their own tickets, contact a staff member. Them removing their own ticket is failrp/corruption. It would also make it relatively harder to correct stuff(say you accidentally write unlicensedx4 instead of x3) now you have to wait for a chief who I hardly ever see on 13....
