I was thinking all of the roles should have a command called /citizens arrest [name]. where the player can arrest the another player for illegal stuff. like if a man is selling berries you can use /citizens arrest [name] and it tells the people with swat and cop role that you are doing a citizens arrest so a cop tpa to you and if its a false report the player that /citizens arrest goes to jail or gets a 5k fine. server #10

this actually encourages fail rp since you want a cop to tpa.people could just arrest for no reason
