Make explosive expert be able to buy/craft explosive charges and rockets it will actualy make the role usable and not just a fuck you to new players

or maybe make it so they are the ONLY role that can buy them

Would cause to many false raids / problems

This will not be done and will continue to be blacklisted to any role other than high ranking police
