I know this will get have negative feedback from some of those who will be directly impacted by this but when someone comes to play there is no room for any of the "newer" players to even get a chance on implementing the ideas. From what I see the election has come down to simply who has more contacts. So to cut to the chase their needs to be an actual limit for the amount terms someone can serve. Some people especially the older ones who have served many terms will simply snowball through each election unless they go against another big name.

There is already a limit of 2 terms. If the people want me to serve as mayor, it is the people who have spoken..this democracy nir.
I add new players and get to know them and ask them their ideas..in fact many of my ideas are first brought to my attention by new players..i also make new players ministers to give them a chance to lead.

Even IRL there are term limits. Give other people a chance.

Mayors are a shitshow of Business and Corruption, Linear lies and Hatred for a End-goal that ends up being a Chore, Imo It should be Removed as a role and Keep the Laws as is Permanently, but as Quest said, "Check your privilege"...
