There's a rule where RCMP and Police Officers have to warn 3 times with the regular warning system when arresting criminals who are running during an arrest. I feel that this should be changed because it makes no sense to let a dangerous criminal have 30 seconds to run away, they may have better exercise skill and it just doesn't make sense. I vote the rules be changed so running is like pulling a gun, where the criminal can be instantly killed. It especially isn't fair since kidnappers can shoot for running with only one warning. It's fine if something needs to be changed for a compromise, like an arrest cooldown, but please consider this post.

Your right, should be implemented! The thing is... people are mostly hanging around in Seattle, all criminals mostly will just go and run into there base. What can an officer do? Nothing. (Well I thought you could kill people for running into his/her base tho, not sure, never killed someone for that)

But It indeed should be allowed for police officers to just shoot since we SADLY don’t have tazers.

This should almost certainly be implemented. I recently escaped xDreamLand and ThatRandomGuy on #10 by running away and jumping in an apc, if they had shot me before W3 it would've been kos. This causes alot of problems in police incidents to do with groups or just people running away.

Guys, many posts were made like that before -_- (The problem is, you can just kos someone and then tell to staff he runned.)

Ok so first you can just kos someone and say they ran if there is like he runs 10 meters he is kos a cop moves back and shoots

And also kidnappers have to give 3 warns the rule was updated
If u get in a car they have the full right to stop that car by shooting the tires if its an apc most cars like that are slower then a police car so u just drive next to them and continue giving warns until warn 3 then u get infront and shoot em up

I see the problem with being hard to track but it also makes no sense to wait 30 seconds to kill someone, the idea could use some tweaks but the base problem with 30 seconds till you can kill should be addressed.
