Major planes like annushka’s can’t takeoff nor land at the current garage region on #10 (It is possible, but its hard) that why I’d suggest to just make the vertical line at shelton farm a region (or just a part of it). This’ll be much easier for bigger vehicles €:

Anushkas are easy to take off u just gotta cdm 5 ppl while getting it to the bridge in seattle

+1 and atleast 1 marina cuz boats are ussles atm
