Anti-Lag town

Hello fellas,
As of now we all know the word “lag spike” where your walking or driving you enjoy the roleplay but then....boem “sorry this game crashed...” and new rp players will not like this server anymore because it make their game crash...So there should be a rule about a “Anti-build zone” or a “Anti-build radius”.

- How it works?
There should be a Anti-build radius around the main town,so we can prevent lag,and letting poeple enjoy pandahut without any sort of lag.

- Why is this a suggestion?
This causes tons of lag issue’s.If there is a group of poeple in the sidewalk and a fast car is coming in the main town (Alberton),there is gonne be 100% a lag spike,the player will have no control over the car,and maybe will hit the group of poeple,drama...drama...drama (This happend last time with MattCobra”.

- Pre-build houses...
To keep the RP floowing Pre-build houses CAN be claimed.

- What if you build in the radius?
There is gonne be a colored sign placed witch will say the following “If this house is not moved/gone,then this house will be wrecked in 24 hours” or somthing like that..

you simply can't just "handle the lag"
it doesn't matter if you have 15 2018 TI's that have fucking 8 GB of GDDR6, you will still crash regardless.

this would just cause the main RP town to be moved if you prevent building in one town, another town will just become the main town...

As i said we can claim the pre builded building in the main town..

Just disallow building on the entire map. Easy solution!
