You get 500 per half hour that makes 1k every hour i think this was changed so players get money more frequently

Yup, you get indeed 500 bamboo* every 30 minutes. 2x 500 bamboo = 1k bamboo

EDIT: I'm going to lock it since you basically get 1000 an hour.
