Add the French clothes

The new French clothes are awesome and would be a great addition to RP! The French guns are already in the RP servers and I believe anyone who wants to wear the new French clothes should be advised that they can wear them at their own risk and if you lose your items it's your fault.

+1, but only allow armorsmiths to buy them, not higher ranking cops
