There needs to be more freerp and less structured things.

There is almost no real rp other than small shops and /raid , /kidnap , /arrest , etc.
Examples of what some freerp could be:
-Saying you're going to jump off a bridge, get someone to call 911 and give the cops a situation
-get someone to willfully get hit by you while driving a car; create a scene or make a hit and run and give the cops a pursuit
-drive slightly recklessly or pretend to be drunk, or eat berries and drive, and make a traffic stop situation for the cops.
There are SO MANY things you can do other than the strict commands.
Just make sure you have all parties involved have your consent, unless it is killing someone in which case it is still kos for some reason
This will make rp so much more fun and interesting for everyone!

Why can't you do that stuff now? There is nothing stopping it, this doesn't seem like a suggestion to change anything.

I am posting this as a suggestion to the community rather than to the staff.
Also, I was informed that if someone has consent to kill another person it is still apparently kos?

Responding to Miku here, on RP right now, he could do all of those things, but nobody would care. Similar to, if someone’s being kidnapped, the police should be forced to respond, or be demoted. I feel it would make the experience much better if someone, like a head RP admin or you or Mushy created almost random events, like a Zombie outbreak or a bank robbery, out of the blue, without anyone knowing. I feel like there could possibly be a serious RP server, which I would really like, rules permitting, with certain freedoms and laws. These are just some of my ideas

Great idea! I would say that the problem with a lot of police responding to kidnappings is that some of them are not well equipped or trained enough to deal with raids or kidnaps

Even if someone has consent to kill a person, it's still killing them on sight (kos). This is mostly to stop people from having fight arenas (without it being an rp admin event) and stop people from causing drama by killing each other over and over.
Dynamic RP Events have been thought of before but we would not want to do them right now because they would all get lost in 2.0.
