FearRP and self defense

FearRp: "Fear roleplay, commonly abbreviated 'FearRP', is the concept that your character is afraid to die. This concept is most commonly understood as "Your life is the most important". Understanding that in real life we do not have a respawn button. When your life is at stake you must fear death and comply to threats unless you are 100% positively sure that you will survive. We highly enforce FearRP, although some situations come down to staff discretion."
This is basically telling us that you must always value your life in roleplay as you don't have a respawn button in real life.
People never value their lives in ph rp. They only care for the loot and other shit on their character.

But there's a catch to that
The rules mention that we have the right to "self defence." That's kinda contradicting.
Take kill warrants for an example. If you were obeying "FearRP," you would be turning yourself in and being locked up. If you don't, it violates "FearRP" and not obeying "FearRP" is a bannable offence.

What I am suggesting here is that FearRP is removed cause people only value the hard earned loot on their character. That's basically all that care about. So what's the point in FearRP? I don't really see a point. It either should be removed or modified.

The thing is, fearrp is not enforced based on whar you do becausw there can be infinite explanations. Its usually based on what you say/ stuff around hits. Dying in a rob/kidnap is NOT fearrp, that would be stupid and make that second part of them impossible. Same as dying to a kill warrant. However, sayijg "im going to let you kill me"for a warrant or hit or whatever is NOT allowed. Dying does not mean you broke fearrp as there is no proof of your intentions. Saying that yoi want to die can be a verbal warning and actually dying after saying it can be a ban or /warn for fearrp
