Places to spawn air and sea vehicles

There used to be places called "marina" or "airport" to spawn them but they got removed, i want to know why, and my boat is literally stuck in my garage slot.

On 10, I have just created a small marina. Here is the location:

This should have enough room for an air vehicle to take-off (on the beach).

THere was one near camano, The one in camano has been temporarily deleted until I move apples “new” region to a more convenient location.
