Raids should only be allowed when there are more then 2 police officers and 6 people, most raids are offline and unfair

wait how about atleast 1 cop offline raids are unfair and in real life, there is always police officers. oh and why is cargo trucks and french cars banned?? i think the cargotrucks are cOol
