I feel as if for serious crimes, such as berries x20 or something like that, I think it's fair for high rank police officers (Chief+) to give jailtimes of higher than 20 minutes. Maybe make the max 30-45min for Chief+

20 min is already a huge time for a player to spend without logging. its 1/3 of an hour sooo

I loved when we could jail for 30 minutes. I believe however it should only be able to be done upon a court case. If they're lucky, the judge might issue a bail. It's an incentive to not commit crimes and could help revive judge rp more.

Forcing someone to be on that long isn't really nice

This will only lead to people logging more often while they are stuck in a jail cell. A kill warrant is good enough. Even if there isn't a Deputy on, an arrest can be issued and the appropriate time can be handed to the prosecuted.
