I suggest to make it only 1 warning during a kidnap and an arrest to kill someone if they run

And then we get constant sits for kos which always end up being a conflicting stories one since most players don't record. With 3 warnings it shows that they probably are running, and if not the person getting kidnapped/arrested is screaming about false warnings in adminh.

-1, people could easily call a kidnap or an arrest and then throw that warning to stop running so they can kill instantly and with that, it'll only cause more drama and contradicting stories in modsits, as there is no way to prove scriptwisely that someone is actually running.

Don’t know if you were around then but you use to be able to do this,
And unless you had video, there was no way to stop contradiction in mod sits, it was a huge pain for staff and overall needed to be changed.

I now see the issue. I now change my suggestion to "remove the need to wait 10 seconds after w3"

That removes the point of warning three. Say W3HandsUp then give them no time and shoot them.
