Kinda stupid idea
Kinda like a mayor but for Criminals
Every month a player is crowned Crime Lord/champion
They are chosen by
1: Arrests and warrants evaded
2: crime done
3: reputation

It takes no effort to roleplay this out within Bandit groups, shape reputation with whatever you do.
