I vote 3, believe it or not offline raids do help clear structures :p

+1. Offline raiding is what mostly helps the server stay as clean as possible without wipes, plus disabling / "nerfing" offline raiding degrades rp.

I vote 3 as it does help with the lag / structures. As usually theres stuff outside such as lockers, signs, plates, unfinished bases, and other elements.
