Don't allow the non-active RP-ers comment on RP related stuff as they don't know the situation on the server and their comments can effect negatively on the app without basic knowledge of the current server situation.

While it is a good idea in theory, you may think a player is "inactive" while they are online times you are not. Then there comes the issue of defining what inactive is and so on so forth. Good idea in theory, don't think its practical.

Good idea, but you can’t really have the control over that honestly.
