Tire Popping

instead of banning people for tire popping, allow people who pop tires to get killed by the car owner/car owner groupmates. There is literally little use of the gas can kos rule since you can't steal gas as easily as pop tires. Seems pointless and harsh to ban for tire popping.

Awful idea. Just because someone can be killed doesnt deter them from trolling/harassing someone.
