some starting item to help new players

Ive gotten bored of seeing new players running around asking someone to uncuff them we need some starting item so when a new player joins (or one without a role) get some item telling them what to do what not to do on the server(wich could help with less people thinking the server is pvp), and telling them how the economy works (and also basic commands)

there is a reason why they need to choose a role, at least in #10. it's so they understand this is a roleplay server.

oh yeah also, new players used to get 500 bamboo when they first joined RP, now they get 5k. which is good on it's own already

its not sopposed to be a useable item or even salvageable its sopposed to give them advice and tell them the starting /role command
Edit: honestly I dont know what the item would accually be though
the only reason it has to be an item is becasue most new players ignore the chat right when they join it is inpossible to enter your inventory and miss the only item in your inventory

oh yeah also, new players used to get 500 bamboo when they first joined RP, now they get 5k. which is good on it's own already

To be honest, they can just read the /rules, or an RP staff member can link the rules to them. also there is a guide, so that should help them understand how it works.
