Make it so Mayors have to have a weekly amount of time played or they get removed and another candidate takes their place as mayor
Only issue is it would have to be lower than staff time requirement, which is only 10 hours over 2 weeks if im correct, and all the other canidates are inactive also.(EDIT) Forgot to say , i do like this suggestion just rp in general isnt active enough
