Make a Cigars Smoked Stat

I want to be able to see how many Cigars I have smoked in total. There could be a simple command like /cigar or something that would have the number pop up in chat. It would also be really cool if it was made into a competition and you could see a leaderboard for it.

The addition of cigars themselves is also completely useless. Smoking them does nothing and they do not even sell for anything. But they are fun and I think this would meaningfully add to it. It would give people a goal and a fun, light-hearted competition.
