Another way to understand the +3 votes from mayor, Its 1 vote from the yes or no on polls and 2 extra from being mayor For example, I have 17 votes, The mayor votes for me and gives me a +3, That's means I will get 1 vote just like any other when players vote And that will be 18 votes and two more because he is mayor which would be 20 votes.
