What would you do if there was a kidnapping going on?: Alert the highest officer, and work with other officers and civs to make a plan for rescue.
There is a raid going on. Explain in a minimum of 25 words what your action will be from start to finish?: Help civs get to saftey, then work with the other officers to secure the area and arrest the raider. Then rebuild and raise money to replace what was lost in the raid. Then assist civs in getting back on their shops feet.
What would you do if you saw a P.P.D. member being corrupt?: Report them to a higher up and attempt to arrest/detain them untill then.
What would you do if you saw a P.P.D. owner being corrupt?: Report them to an admin or mod.

I have been told to apply to PPD from many Officers and High Command within it. So this is why I'm applying for PPD.

How many hours have you spend being police/SWAT?: As of now about 3 hours, but in total over 100+ hours (I was in PSD before it was shutdown)

Name all the commands of the police role (/arrest, /pr and so further): /arrest Initiates a command in the world chat which alerts everyone and the player of an arrest for a reason shown in the purple chat. /pr is a private radio for Police Officers, SWAT, Police Chiefs, Deputies, Captains, and Mayors. /rescue rescues a player from kidnapping while a kidnapper is, well, kidnapping them. There's also /arrest assist which has you assist in an arrest initiated by another LEO.
What are the illegal items?: Berries of any kind (Refined, Raw, Seeds). Full uniform of Spec-ops or Coalition, high-caliber weapons (Grizzly, Dragonfang, Nykorev, Shadowstalker,) explosives, glue, military knives, unlicensed guns, and rails.
Explain why you want to join the P.P.D. (minimum of 50 words): I've seen the P.P.D in action, and it looks very professional as a police group. They have raided many bases with illegal contraband, and if I don't get Mayor I aim to join P.P.D as my secondary option. They all seem very mature arresting several criminals with a high success rating and having a fully-functional and amazing HQ/Prison. They are good PvPers (I know their members are) and can counter raids successfully.

What would you do if there was a kidnapping going on?: I would try to find the location of the kidnapping (most occur in Seattle, so I would run around listening for a microphone saying 'Put your hands up' or area chat). If I cannot find them in Seattle I would aim to set up communications with the hostage as to where they are. I would then relay that info using /pr and we would arrive at the location and /rescue the hostage. Hopefully if everything goes to plan, there wont be any casualties if the kidnapper chooses to let the hostage go and surrender. But if the kidnapper refused to surrender, we would then push the base and hopefully take the kidnapper out before any damage can be done to the hostage.
There is a raid going on. Explain in a minimum of 25 words what your action will be from start to finish?: I would try to find the area as quickly as possible, I would then position myself in a way that I can catch the raiders by surprise. While trying to locate the base I would put my cosmetics on (rules state raiders can kill them if they look threatening, so spec-ops is threatening) and try to find it safely. When I locate it, I would get a rough spot on where the raiders would be, and pursue them with their backs turned. If all goes to plan, the raiders will be taken down with little to no base damage.
What would you do if you saw a P.P.D. member being corrupt?: I would report it to High-Command.
What would you do if you saw a P.P.D. owner being corrupt?: I would report it to the Mayor and the Second in-Command
