  After killing a suspect that had an arrest warrant on him with succes, he looted the player and after I told him to trash the items when he said he wanted to get rid of them, he told em he didn't need to. He was trying to sell them/license them to make them his.
  After I told him I was forced to make a demotion app due to him not trashing them, he agreed to me to wait for staff to review this request and understands why I issued this.
