I confiscated the steely wheely and you were trying to arrest me so I got in my cop car started to drive away then you shot the tire and shot me or I just randomly took damage so I got out and killed you

As it says under the application itself, only Mayors and Police Captains, Deputies and Chiefs can fill out Police Demotion Requests and demote players.
