This is still murder, and will have to be taken to court. Then in court the judge may determine if guilty or not. Murder is illegal in the laws.

Hello. After a review of the video, it was clear this was a valid arrest. The suspect fled, and then actively attempted to kill the officer. This was self-defense on the officer's part. Self-defense is not counted as murder. For this reason alone, the warrant was false. The secondary question comes from the witness, who would have been skate. From the viewpoint they had, it would have been difficult to have direct eyes on the officer who killed clappa, and so their validity of being a witness would only be counted had they had recordings of this situation. This, keep in mind is stated for the benefit of the doubt. The arrest was valid, and so the warrant was false.

With this in mind, it has been determined that this demotion request is valid, and accepted. Matt Newton will be removed from mayor.
