(1) CRIMES NOT CONTAINED WITHIN THIS CODE
Officers may charge a person for a crime even if that crime is not contained within this Code. These crimes must be based on common-sense and not be abused.
Thusly, I also direct your attention to the fact that people are OFTEN ticketed or arrested for "Disturbing the Peace" "Reckless Driving" "Indecent Exposure" "Public Display of A Weapon"-This one not being an actual law but unless it is on safety they get charged. "Destruction of Public Property" -Also another one, not clearly listed but falling under this category. The common Sense crimes Code verified under this Conduct Edict dictated by our Mayor clearly covers Jaywalking as a Disturbance of the Peace-sub-sequenced by disturbing the flows of traffic, causing drivers to drive recklessly, and eliciting people to be struck by oncoming traffic and thus causing possible "Inciting of Panic" which is ALSO a clearly stated law undr the ticketable offenses. Given these arguments, Jaywalking is VERY MUCH a ticketable law to issue for a police officer role. Thank you.

Would like to add that he, in specific, was carrying unlicensed guns and has delayed filing a demotion request on other cops that he seems to support.
