Hello, in this report what is cut out is me chasing bella for quite some time before she reached the gun store. I was planning on ticketing her before she reached it but i was unable to. I offered to remove said ticket but Bella refused and paid it instead.

My perspective:
I was licensing my gun, he ran in and ticketed me.

I was checking players, I checked Salsa, he had a stealy wheely, he ran away before I could arrest
