The screenshot indicates as such. Your judge roles will only show if you're on duty.
Whether you left it on by accident is left to be said but this is what I could capture from the event.

This is entirely wrong as having the roles show up with /checkroles indicates that they are on duty as they are displaying/enabling those roles.
To add to that, regardless of being on duty or not, a judge will be held accountable for their criminal acts.
