  False arresting for 4 non existing illegals which are clearly shown after /checkself and opening the inventory.

This situation is the same dealio as with Krezzy. Person had illegals, ran, I caught up to him SHORTLY after alongside Jackofhearts and others, he walked out nonchalantly (likely just disposed of the illegals/unlicensed considering how they weren't there anymore and the transition from running away to very calmly walking in front of me) and then got arrested. Unfortunately, they among some others don't know that they need to hide for 6 minutes without illegals to escape instead of 10 seconds. :)

(They were also undercover and chose to resist previous arrests instead of ever going out of agent or telling us)

Accepted. Reported player will be demoted, eventhough player is perm banned with no appeal.
