For the arrest I thought I was justified because of the law that says I can arrest for dangerous driving which is the same thing as reckless driving in my opinion which is why I phrased it like that. I think these laws are contradicting.

I had the stealy on me because my casino is at the gas station so I am constantly having to pick them up to trash them and this was probably before I had a chance to do so or I forgot to until I noticed it later on. If it were up to me I would have just left it on the ground where it was and never picked it up in the first place. I only even grabbed it to trash because I am required to.
