• Reason / Evidence: By request of the citizen involved and with the proof provided to me, I am sending in a demotion request. The offenses themselves I do not think should result in a demotion, but a strike considering how few arrests the officer has done overall on stats.
  
  Reasons: Not waiting the mandatory 10 minutes (a rule) for the same arrest reason on a player, and with that factor in mind, arresting someone for an offense that is not arrestable. (1xunlicensed). I encourage this officer to re-read the laws and rules.
  
  There were several other officers involved, however with the clips I was sent and how blurry they were, I had to rely on pandahut stats to gather the information fully.

  And the offending arrest, the second one that caused this demotion is here as I try to never rely solely on pandahut stats but sometimes it is impossible and proof must be gathered from more than one source.

Dankmemes was only 2 minutes off of 10 minutes for arresting for the same reason. He will not be punished in any way whatsoever. Locked.
