Reason / Evidence: A law-abiding citizen, report an officer to me today and as Captain I am obligated to submit a report for any police corruption. Mr. Default was seen arresting a man that was naked and then later on killing the naked man due to non-compliance. There is no law stopping anyone from be nude.. later that day the officer was then arrested for having an illegal item (Stealy Wheely).
