Tbf, this seems more like an issue with the checkplayer command rather than Payme being corrupt. Cops should not have to /cr every single player before arresting/ticketing if /cp shows an item as being illegal.

While I do agree with Tomato you should know who your mayor is, had this been a police captain in /agent type of misunderstanding then Payme wouldnt be punished, however this is not the case.
