You can not use chat to file a demotion request. As for the video, it shows the person being arrested and the illegals being taken away. The officer has to trash the illegals within a reasonable amount of time after the arrest. Tomato took the stealy and the video cuts off. Due to the lack of evidence there will be no punishment.
